- Photo ID and Credit Card are Required for Rental. *Minimum age of 25 to rent.
300 Pound Max Weight Limit - Helmets are Provided FREE of Charge for All Riders – Ask and You Shall Receive.
- Participants Younger Than 18 Must Be Accompanied By a Parent or Legal Guardian and Must Wear a Helmet.
- All Participants Must Read, Understand, and Sign the ‘Release, Waiver, and Indemnification Agreement and Statement of Assumption of Risk by Customer’ Before Participating in the Activity.
- Every Participant Must Adhere to All Traffic Laws.
- Anyone Suspected of Being Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol Will Not Be Permitted to Rent or Ride.
- The Company Reserves the Right to Deny Services to Anyone for Any Reason.

New Orleans Electric Scooter Rental Terms - Read This!
- In using this website, reserving products/services, purchasing products/services, and providing information, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
- Attention: Before you decide to commit to New Orleans Electric Scooter Rentals, be sure that you are comfortable riding a bike in urban conditions.
- A $100 Refundable Deposit Per Scooter is Required for Rental.
*More information can be found via the ‘Deposit’ page. - All riders/participants agree to ride at their own risk. All Participants Must Read, Understand, and Sign the ‘Release, Waiver, and Indemnification Agreement and Statement of Assumption of Risk by Customer’ Before Participating in the Activity.
- The Company and its employees reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
- Minors Cannot Operate the Electric Scooter.
- If you are drunk, confrontational, belligerent, uncooperative et. al., you will not be allowed to ride and a refund will not be issued.
- If the scooter has incurred no damages during your rental time, the full $100 deposit will be refunded.
- If the scooter is damaged during your rental time, repair costs will be deducted from the deposit.
- If damages equal more than the deposit, your credit card will be charged the difference.
- The Undersigned understands that the Company does not carry health, medical, liability, property, or any other insurance coverage for the Undersigned.
- The Undersigned is expected to personally cover all costs arising out of injury to any person or damage to any property, including property of the Company.
- The Renter/Driver of the Vehicle Must Be 25 Years of Age or Older to Rent an Electric Scooter.
- Minor Participants as passengers (10 to 17 Years of Age), must have a parent or a legal guardian present and must give permission for the minor to ride by signing the, “Release, Waiver, and Liability Agreement.” This is standard paperwork that is filled out by every one of our riders. Minors are never allowed to operate the Electric Scooter Rental.
- Prices, availability and departure/arrival times are subject to change at any time.
- Cancellations or reschedules will be determined by the Company without exception.
- Electric Scooter Rentals do not depart during rain or any event of inclement weather. Depending on the forecast the rental departure can be delayed. If a delayed departure isn’t possible, the Company will extend a refund, reschedule, or gift card.
- All scooters must be returned to the shop @ 317 Burgundy St. no later than 5pm. Late returns will be charged accordingly.
- You’re on vacation in New Orleans – slow down, be cool & have a good time mon ami!
