Yes. All participants must review and sign a liability waiver and assumption-of-risk agreement before participating.

Additional charges may apply for late returns. Return times are communicated before departure to ensure clarity.

Yes, a refundable $150 deposit is required for mobility scooter rentals and is returned after safe equipment return. Deposit amounts vary for other vehicle rentals.

While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons and weekends, to ensure availability for your preferred rental.

Our mobility scooters have a range of approximately 9–12 miles on a full charge, which is typically more than enough for a full day of exploring the French Quarter, Marigny, Bywater.

Please note that total range may be reduced depending on rider weight and extreme weather conditions.

Refund Cessation & Finality of Sales

All sales are final. Monetary refunds are only issued for:

Company-initiated safety cancellations
Unavoidable internal complications that prevent the company from fulfilling the reservation

If the company cancels an activity, customers may choose one of the following:

Full refund
Non-expiring company gift card
Reschedule the reservation

Approved non-weather or company-initiated cancellations result in a transferable, non-expiring company gift card.

Payments are forfeited if a participant cannot attend due to illness, injury, travel issues, personal choice, failure to meet safety standards, or any other self-declared reason for non-participation.

Before your rental:

Each participant must complete a digital waiver.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation.
Late arrivals may reduce the duration of your rental.
No-shows forfeit their reservation and payment.
All vehicle pick-ups and returns take place at 317 Burgundy St., French Quarter.

Customers are financially responsible for any loss, damage, breakage, or theft of company equipment.

While equipment is in your possession, you are responsible for any associated costs. Neither the company nor its affiliates accept liability for costs incurred by customers while using company vehicles or equipment.
