  • Anyone Suspected of Being Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol Will Not Be Permitted to Rent or Ride.
  • The Company Reserves the Right to Deny Services to Anyone for Any Reason.

  • A $100 Refundable Deposit Per eVehicle is Required for Rental.

  • All operators/participants agree to ride at their own risk. All Participants Must Read, Understand, and Sign the ‘Release, Waiver, and Indemnification Agreement and Statement of Assumption of Risk by Customer’ Before Participating in the Activity.
  • The Company and its employees reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
  • Minors Cannot Operate Fat Tire Electric 3-Wheelers, Fat Tire Electric 2-Wheelers, e-Carts or any other elevtric vehicle unless otherwise approved by the Company.
  • If you are drunk, confrontational, belligerent, uncooperative et. al., you will not be allowed to ride and a refund will not be issued. 
  • If the e-vehicle(s) has incurred no damages during your rental time, the full $100 deposit will be refunded.
  • If the e-vehicle(s) is damaged during your rental time, repair costs will be deducted from the deposit.
  • If damages equal more than the deposit, your credit card will be charged the difference.
  • The Undersigned understands that the Company does not carry health, medical, liability, property, or any other insurance coverage for the Undersigned.
  • The Undersigned is expected to personally cover all costs arising out of injury to any person or damage to any property, including property of the Company.
  • The Renter/Driver/Operator of the Vehicle Must Be 25 Years of Age or Older.
  • Minor Participants as passengers (10 to 17 Years of Age), must have a parent or a legal guardian present and must give permission for the minor to ride by signing the, “Release, Waiver, and Liability Agreement.” This is standard paperwork that is filled out by every one of our riders. Minors are never allowed to operate any e-Vehicle.
  • Prices, availability and departure/arrival times are subject to change at any time.
  • Cancellations or reschedules will be determined by the Company without exception.
  • E-Vehicle Rentals do not depart during rain or any event of inclement weather. Depending on the forecast the rental departure can be delayed. If a delayed departure isn’t possible, the Company will extend a refund, reschedule, or gift card. 
  • All vehicles must be returned to the shop @ 317 Burgundy St. at the tie determined by the Company. Late returns will be charged accordingly. 
  • Remember… You’re on vacation in New Orleans – slow down, be cool & have a good time mon ami!
