Need to Know Info About New Orleans Electric Scooter Rentals – Please Read

• All Participants Must Read, Understand, and Sign the ‘Release, Waiver, and Indemnification Agreement and Statement of Assumption of Risk by Customer’ Before Participating in the Activity.

• The Company Reserves the Right to Deny Services to Anyone for Any Reason.

• A $100 refundable deposit per scooter is required for rental. If your scooter has incurred no damages during your rental time, the full $100 deposit will be refunded.

• If your scooter is damaged during your rental time, repair costs will be deducted from your deposit. If damages equal more than the deposit, your credit card will be charged the difference.

• Photo ID and Credit Card Required for Rental.

• Age to Rent: 25+

• Participation Age  as a Passenger: 10+

• Participants Younger Than 18 Must Be Accompanied By a Parent or Legal Guardian and Must Wear a Helmet.

• Anyone Suspected of Being Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol Will Not Be Permitted to Rent Or Ride.

• Every Participant Must Adhere to All Traffic Laws

• All Participants Should be Comfortable Riding Alongside Auto Traffic

• Helmets are Provided FREE of Charge for All Riders – Ask and You Shall Receive.

• All Scooters Have an Alarm, Key Fob, Digital Dash, Front & Rear Suspension, Front Head Light, Brake Light & Blinkers, Dual Disc Brakes, Dual Rear View Mirrors, Foot Pegs and a Horn.

• 40 Mile Range On a Fully Charged Battery.

• Max Speed: 20 mph

• Max Weight Limit: 300 Pounds

• Electric Scooter Rentals are Available for 1, 2 or 3 Hour Intervals.

• Limit 2 Riders Per Scooter – There is an Additional $20 Charge for the 2nd Rider on One Scooter.

Need to Know Info About New Orleans Electric Scooter Rentals

• If you wish to extend your rental, call the shop. We will let you know if an extension is possible; there may be another customer’s reservation that prevents a time extension.

•If an extension is authorized, your credit card will be charged for the extension and a receipt will be sent via text message.

•If your electric scooter is not returned on time, your credit card will be charged for the additional time and a receipt will be sent via text message.

• If your electric scooter is damaged during your rental time, repair costs will be deducted from the deposit.

• If damages equal more than the deposit, your credit card will be charged the difference between the $100 deposit and the remaining balance of the damage costs.

• If your electric scooter has incurred no damages during your rental time and/or you return your rental scooter on time, the full deposit will be refunded as outlined in the Refund section of the ‘Deposit Forfeiture’ page.
